Most people visit this area with their families to get a great view and also to fly kites occasionally. Being that it is a densely populated area, it is advisable that only experts in drone flying should fly their drones here. This is because there is a high likelihood of a drone accident especially if you are not an experienced pilot. However, you are guaranteed of a breathtaking view and content from above when you fly your drone in this area.

2. Gardens by the Bay

The Gardens by the Bay is a nature park that was built on 101 hectares of land that had been reclaimed. This was done by the Singaporean government with an aim of making Singapore a green city in a garden. This goal has not changed for this magnificent country. You will therefore have the freedom of seeing a wide variety of flora in this garden especially from above. The garden was created at the centre of the city which means there is a high likelihood of encountering high-rise structures when flying your drone. Also, many people visit this area on a daily basis so you will want to watch out for any accidents.

3. The Lazarus Island

The Lazarus Island is one of the many southern islands found in Singapore. Although there is no direct ferry service to the islands, you can use a private boat to get there. The best thing about this island is that there is no human population which makes it a perfect spot for flying your drone. You will not be obstructed by any high rising buildings or people. You will also capture great views of the Singaporean skyline due to lack of obstacles. You do not have to be an expert to fly your drone over this area and to wrap it all up; you will get the best view of Singapore’s nature.

4. The Civilian War Memorial

This memorial is located near Singapore’s city hall. It was built-in memory of the civilians who were killed during the Japanese occupation of Singapore at the height of the Second World War. The memorial features four identical pillars that, according to Singaporeans, represent the four different races found in Singapore. During the night, the memorial lights up which makes the view even more surreal. You are guaranteed a breathtaking view especially if you capture the view using a drone from above. People occasionally make visits to the site. Care should be taken to ensure you do not cause any alarm or accidents while flying your drone over the area.

5. Sentosa

You cannot leave Singapore if you haven’t visited the Sentosa. This is an island resort that features several recreational facilities and amenities. It is also the place that houses the Universal Studios in Singapore. The best part about flying your drone here is that you will be able to capture great views of the long beach that stretches over 2 kilometers. This beach is also home to a variety of flora and fauna. However, it is illegal to fly a drone over a group of people in Singapore. You will therefore need to find a place that has a low population of people in order for you to capture the best views using your drone.
